The Frederic Suite is the most beautiful, modern addition to The Crown Hawk Green, our traditional 18th century pub. Purpose built in 2022 to provide weddings and events to our guests, we created a stunning space with panelled walls, parquet flooring and fairy-lit beams which was made for celebrating: weddings, parties and gatherings of every kind, twinned with exceptional food and the kind of hospitality that has kept locals coming back for 15 years.

Far from being a pub with a function room, we have a dedicated, professional events management team that takes care of you from the first moment you come and meet us, and all through the day itself. We offer all-inclusive packages that consist of licensed wedding ceremonies, excellent bespoke catering, decoration and event management all included, and all under one roof.

One private side of the pub
The Crown is split in two. On one side, the pub restaurant. On the other, through your own private entrance and a red carpet if the occasion calls for it, the Frederic Suite, the adjoining lounge and the private terrace, separated by our impressive central bar. The suite seats up to 60 guests beneath oak beams, traditional features and panelling, with underfloor heating and a parquet floor that becomes your dance floor by night. The lounge adds cosy corners and booths, and the terrace catches the sun all day. Together they hold up to 120 guests for an evening celebration.
